We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from your device. The App operates primarily locally on your device and does not send any PII to external servers.

Contacts

The App may request access to your device's contacts to enable certain functionalities. However, this contact information is stored securely on your device using the device's local keychain and is not transmitted to us or any third parties.

Audio Files and Transcriptions

To provide transcription functionality, the App sends audio files to our servers for processing. These audio files are only used for the duration of the transcription process and are immediately discarded after the transcription is complete. We do not store these audio files on our servers beyond the time required for transcription.

The resulting transcriptions are processed and stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us or any third parties.

Data Retention

As mentioned above, audio files sent to our servers for transcription are only retained for the duration of the transcription process. Once the transcription is complete, the audio files are immediately discarded and are not stored on our servers.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
